The - command subtracts the specified integer number from the current value of the currently active input buffer.

Syntax

-number

Parameter(s)

number Specifies integer number.

Description

This command has no effect when:

  • the current value is not an integer.

  • the input buffer pointer is at the end of the input buffer.
