Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2, 2026
Kaskamko, LLC, together with its affiliates and related entities (“Kaskamko,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), operates D3Codex (the “Service”), an independent online reference for the Rocket D3 MultiValue database. This Privacy Policy explains what information is involved when you use the Service. By using the Service you also agree to our Disclaimer.
1. Information we collect
Because the Service is a static reference site, we collect very little:
- On your device only. The Service stores your theme preference (light or dark) and your most recent search text in your browser’s local and session storage. This information stays in your browser, is used only to improve your experience, and is never transmitted to us.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider may automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring page, pages requested, and timestamps, for security, diagnostics, and reliable operation of the Service.
- Usage analytics (Google Analytics). We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate usage, such as which pages are visited and general device/browser and approximate location (derived from IP). Google Analytics sets cookies and processes this data on our behalf; GA4 does not log full IP addresses. We use it only to improve the Service, not to build advertising profiles, and we do not run ads. See “Cookies” below for how to opt out.
2. How we use information
We use the limited information described above to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not run third-party advertising on the Service.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The Service itself does not require cookies to function; preferences are kept in your browser’s local storage. Google Analytics and our hosting provider may set cookies or similar technologies for measurement and security. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings; some conveniences may not work if you do. To opt out of Google Analytics specifically, you can install Google’s opt-out browser add-on. For how Google uses data, see Google’s Privacy Policy.
4. Disclosure
We may disclose information to service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting and analytics providers), and when required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Kaskamko, our users, or others. Aggregated or anonymized information that cannot reasonably identify you may be shared at our discretion.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information, or to limit certain processing. To make a request, contact us at legal@kaskamko.com.
6. Children’s privacy
The Service is intended for a general, technical audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Third-party links
The Service links to external resources, including official Rocket Software documentation. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites; their policies govern your use of them.
8. The full Kaskamko Privacy Policy
This page describes practices specific to D3Codex. For Kaskamko’s complete privacy practices across our services, please see kaskamko.com. Where this page is silent, the broader Kaskamko Privacy Policy applies to the extent relevant.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
