ASCII

ASCII is an acronym for the set of characters that comprise the American Standard Code for Information Interchange.

The following table lists the first 128 characters of the standard ASCII character set. This includes all printable characters and control characters. The caret (^) character indicates that the CTRL key is to be simultaneously depressed with the character that immediately follows.
