# bulletin file

The bulletin file contains company
messages to display at logon time.

## Description

The attributes for the bulletin file are:

| Attribute | Name | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 1 | from | Contains the employee who created this bulletin. |
| 2 | title | Contains the title for this bulletin. |
| 3 | message | Contains free-form message. |
