# _CP_space

_CP_space is equivalent to the `*result* = space(*expression*)` BASIC statement.

## Syntax

```
int _CP_space(CPSTR** result, int expression)
```

## Description

This function returns -1 if
an error occurs. The error code is contained in _CP_errno.

## Example(s)

```
/* Prints " ". */

CPSTR * s = _CP_str_null;

_CP_space(&s,3);
_CP_print(s);
```
